Mission

As the provider of wastewater treatment to portions of Abbottstown Borough, Paradise Township, Hamilton Township, and Berwick Township, it is the mission of the Abbottstown Paradise Joint Sewer Authority:

  • To protect public health and the environment by providing the best possible rates through sound management and financial practices.
  • To anticipate the needs of the municipalities served and respond accordingly.
  • To initiate, promote and keep abreast of advances in wastewater treatment and administrative technology.
  • To recruit, train, and motivate personnel capable of carrying out this policy now and into the future.
